Kids In Need National Network of Resource Centers
Kids In Need Resource Centers Serve Students and Teachers Across the Nation
Kids In Need Resource Centers provide free school supplies to impoverished students and under-funded teachers at locations thoughout the US. Resource Centers serve an estimated 1.5 million students and more than 100,000 teachers. More than $300 million worth of school supplies has been distributed by the program.
Teachers are eligible to shop at the Resource Centers for supplies to give to their students when they are from designated school districts located in the immediate areas of the Centers and are from schools that have at least 70% of their students enrolled in the federal free lunch program.
Kids In Need Resource Centers Continue to Multiply and Reach Out to Disadvantaged Children . . .
Without the resources, drive, and commitment from corporations and individuals who believe in the importance of education, Kids In Need would be unable to serve children. To stay the course, the Foundation needs to continually recruit additional support.
How You Can Complete the Picture . . .
You and your company can make the difference by donating supplies and making cash contributions to the Kids In Need Foundation. Consider making a donation by offering Kids In Need your:
- excess inventory
- returned or slightly damaged merchandise
- outdated product lines
Since the Kids In Need Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) charitable organization, all donations are tax deductible to the fullest extend allowed by law. In some cases, that means up to two times the manufacturer's cost when product is donated.

Year-Round, Tax-Deductible Donations Keep the Resource Centers Moving Forward.
Although the school year may be nine months long, the Resource Center program is designed to be a year-round product donation management service, providing companies and individuals with a means to make a tax-deductible product donation at any time. We strongly encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity.
